As a nurse for over 40 years, I have always had a passion for helping people find healing and health through both traditional western medicine and through the study of ancient medicine systems, such as Chinese medicine, Ayurveda and homeopathy.

But it wasn’t until I was faced with the possibility of having surgery on my feet that I suddenly realized just how much our overall health can be affected by how well we take care of our feet.

As I was seeking alternatives to surgery, I began learning about many methods that people can use to strengthen their feet and improve flexibility, and I was delighted to realize how improved foot function improves body alignment, reducing pain and stiffness throughout the body.

I found the MELT Method® several years later. It has given me improved flexibility and much less stiffness throughout my body. Neck tension, back pain and sleep are vastly improved with a simple daily practice of as little as 10 minutes a day! I am impressed by the depth of knowledge that this method is based on -- it is a new paradigm in care of the body.

Today, as a MELT Method® instructor, I work with groups and individuals to teach them easy-to-use methods to reduce pain and restore function in their bodies. I hope that together we are able to help you feel like you again!
